Player Registration
For the 2025-2026 season, Oxnard Wave FC's registration cost for each player is $50. This cost covers club dues and US Club Soccer membership dues for the season. When all registration items are collected, please e-mail to our club registrar's e-mail address at oxnardwavefc@aol.com.
Proof of Birth Verification
A legible copy of the player's birth certificate, passport, driver's license, other identifying document
This document is only required for new players. Returning players do not need to provide this annually.
The parent/guardian (in the case of a minor player) or adult player is to complete this form as part of the US Club Soccer player registration process. Click here for the link to Form #R0002
This form is required annually for every player.
SafeSport Core or Refresher Training (18+)
An annual requirement to complete the next available SafeSport Trained Core or Refresher course in the annual cycle listed below.
This is only applicable to players who will be 18+ years old during the 2025-2026 season
Staff Registration
US Club Soccer staff registration is required of any non-player Direct Adult Participant (DAP) who has Regular Contact with or authority over Minor Athletes in activities within US Club Soccer’s jurisdiction. For purposes of clarification, that includes Regular Contact with or authority over any US Club Soccer-registered Minor Athlete. (Coaches, Asst. Coaches, Team Managers)
This is required bi-annually. Check your "requirements" in GotSport to determine if needed and complete ASAP. This process is expected to take 7 or more days. Click here for instructions on how to complete.
Safesport Trained and Refresher courses are produced by the U.S. Center for SafeSport and focused on abuse awareness and prevention. More information about the courses is available here.
This course must be completed annually on or after June 1st, 2025.
GotSport Requirements
Login to GotSport and complete the 2025-2026 requirements.
US Club Requirements are: Safe Sport, Background Check, Staff Registrant Annual Certification, Adverse Eligibility List Review (Staff).
Coaches are required to upload their coaching licenses into GotSport.
