Oxnard Wave FC

Our Story
Founded in 1996, our club is the longest-tenured youth soccer organization in Oxnard. What began as a spin-off of the AYSO Region 304 All-Star program has grown into a cornerstone of competitive soccer in Ventura County. Our club colors—yellow and blue—pay homage to our AYSO roots, and our commitment to the community has remained strong ever since.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we have always prioritized giving back to our community. We believe in providing opportunities not only on the field but also through community involvement, encouraging our players to be active and engaged beyond the game. While leadership has changed over the years, our mission has remained the same: to be the most competitive club in Ventura County while ensuring that every child in Oxnard has the opportunity to play.

Located in the heart of Oxnard, California, our youth soccer organization is dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the field. As a competitive soccer club, we are committed to teaching the game at a high level while instilling values that extend far beyond the sport.

We believe soccer is more than just a game—it’s a tool for personal growth, teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. Through organized sports, local youth gain valuable life lessons that shape their character and future success. Our mission is to provide a positive, challenging, and structured environment where players can reach their full potential, develop a love for the game, and build lasting friendships.

Whether aspiring to play at the highest levels or simply seeking personal development through soccer, our club is here to support and guide every step of the way. Join us as we continue to inspire, train, and empower the next generation of athletes in Oxnard!

We understand the challenges many families face, and we strive to make soccer an outlet that brings joy, discipline, and growth to everyone involved. For decades, we have been more than just a club—we are a family, a support system, and a pathway for young athletes to reach their full potential.
